A small number of visitors to the Czech Pavilion will receive a special gift - a bottle of personal perfume created for each recipient.
One out of 500 visitors will get the chance to be led into a glass room, where sensors will capture his or her emotions and the automatic laboratory will mix a bottle of personal perfume based on the emotions. The fragrance is crafted from ten unique ingredients.
Meanwhile, two pieces of bronze relief with the statue of Saint Jan Nepomucky on the Charles Bridge in Prague are on display. A large number of residents and visitors touch it every day for good luck. This will be the first time it has been displayed outside the nation, said Libor Secka, the Czech Ambassador to China, previously.
An animated film clip about China's fabled Monkey King is also shown.
The white 2,000-square-meter Czech Pavilion features rubber ice-hockey pucks on its facade. The design signifies that pucks are a significant Czech export and ice hockey is its national sport.
The display takes place at a rented pavilion under the theme "Fruits of Civilization."
