Argentinian Foreign Minister Jorge Enrique Taiana addresses the ceremony.
Argentina is celebrating 200 years of independence this year, and today the country celebrates National Pavilion Day with gala music and dance performances, including the tango.
The pavilion is next to the USA Pavilion in Zone C. Its theme is "A Tribute to Achievements of People and Cities over 200 Years." The interior features traditional crafts and heritage, music and dance, and images of the country's spectacular scenery of coastline and snowcapped mountains.
There are also exhibits on wildlife, the culture of gauchos (cowboys) and indigenous peoples.
People can take a bite of Argentinian cuisine - they like beef - and learn about its modern urban lifestyle that celebrates cultural diversity.
